JOSHUA RAUCCI
Creative Director
Joshua Raucci graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Florida State University with a degree in Music Theory and Composition. For several years, he taught music lessons at Harmony Music School, and taught English as a Second Language at Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. During this time, he was also running social media campaigns for his band and for his local church, creating content with everything from photography, graphic design, copywriting, and video.
After moving to Miami, Josh began leading initiatives as the Creative Director for Crossbridge Church’s five locations. Building and coordinating teams across disciplines such as music, graphic design, photography, animation, and video, Josh oversaw and implemented a new brand and creative direction for the church that drove growth and engagement, especially among the Millenial and Gen Z demographics.
