Joshua Raucci is a multidisciplinary creative with a background in music, storytelling, and visual communication. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a degree in Music Theory and Composition, and spent his early career teaching music, performing professionally, and teaching English as a Second Language at the Florida Institute of Technology. During this time, he also built a foundation in content creation through managing social media, producing videos, designing graphics, and writing copy for his band.
After relocating to Miami, Joshua served as Creative Director for Crossbridge Church, leading creative strategy across five locations. He built and managed teams in music, design, video, photography, and animation, and spearheaded a rebrand that significantly boosted engagement, particularly among Millennial and Gen Z audiences.
